Labineca Apartments - Gradac
Gradac is located in the southernmost part of Makarska Riviera, at a
40 km distance from Makarska, and half way on the road between Split and
Dubrovnik, as well as close to many attractive tourist destinations. It will
enchant you by its unique and most beautiful white pebble beach on the Adriatic,
with sparkling and pristine clear sea, fringed by pinewood and olive groves a
wine.
On the hill above Jelsa there is Tor, a massive fortification built of huge
regular shaped blocks of stone joined without mortar. It was a Greek observation
point, which stands on an older Illyrian fort. This fort is from the ancient
period and it was of great importance in the middle Ages.
